You can carry all this on your own, or spread it across five providers who don't talk to each other. Or put everything that calls for a trustworthy company into a single operation. What's ours, we do. As for the rest (neighborhood, school, cost of living, car, settling in) Marlon talks about it on YouTube and social media, where 700,000 people follow him.

Step 5 · After the cédulaBank account and your money

With a cédula and RUC, the account opens at the banks recommended by our partner managers, and your assets come with an invitation to the accelerator.

Assets standing, when you want to go further

Step 6 · In parallelDegree and licensing

If your profession requires it: revalidation handled, two countries, one process, starting with the Assessment.

Who's behind it

Founded byan immigrant.

A Brazilian married to a Paraguayan, Marlon immigrated when there was no serious advisory service, and the ones that existed kept failing. Grupo Romper was born out of that gap. Today the founder lives in Greater Asunción, invests in real estate and is building a factory in the country, the opposite of a front-facing advisory.

  • Lives, invests and produces in Paraguay
  • 700,000 people follow the work
  • An operation with a team of 15+ people

“Paraguay isn't an escape. Paraguay isn't emotion. Paraguay is strategy.”

After the cédula

The fixer delivers and vanishes.Grupo Romper stays.

Immigration doesn't end at the document, it continues in accounting, renewal and assets. That's what the structure is for.

Year 0
Arrival and cédula

Paperwork filed, cédula in hand, RUC active and accounting alive.

Year 1
Life up and running

Filings up to date and the SOR warning before any deadline, no deadline missed.

Year 2
Permanent residency

The temporary one expires, and the permanent one is already underway ahead of the deadline.

Year 3+
Roots

Citizenship when it makes sense, a growing company and assets protected with the accelerator.

We're not foreveryone

Better to know now than to find out midway through the process.

It makes sense for you if

  • You're going to actually live, do business or build a life in Paraguay
  • You'd rather pay once, done right, than twice, done wrong
  • You want someone with a name and a face answering for your process
  • You accept that documents have an order and a timeline

It doesn't make sense if

  • You're after price, not quality
  • You want a guaranteed timeline from a public agency
  • You expect a shortcut outside Paraguayan law
  • You're going to live outside Greater Asunción

The 10 questions immigrants ask most

What everyone asks before choosing who to do it with. Anything specific to your case, the free conversation sorts out.

What's the difference between you and an immigration advisory?
An advisory is one person who knows the procedures. Grupo Romper is an operation for immigrants: our own headquarters, a team of 15+ people, in-house legal and accounting, a fleet, cowork and a system that tracks every stage. An advisory walks you to the cédula; an operation supports your whole life in the country, documentation, accounting, company and assets.
Why not go with the cheapest?
Because cheap usually charges you later. The fixer delivers the cédula, when they deliver it, and vanishes; then you start from scratch on accounting, renewal and permanent residency. Here it's a single operation, with a written guarantee and a structure that stays. We're not the cheapest: we're the ones who answer.
How do I know you're serious, and that you won't disappear?
Structure doesn't disappear: our own 300m² headquarters in Greater Asunción, a fleet, a team of 15+ people, regularized cowork, and a founder who lives, invests and is building a factory here. Payment goes to the company's account, with a receipt, never to a person's account. And you can come see it all before signing.
Who will handle my case, who do I talk to?
An immigration manager, with a name and a face, from the first document to the cédula in hand. It's not a call center or a case number: it's the same person, and every stage shows up for you in the app.
Do you outsource any part of the process?
No. Legal, accounting, filing and the fleet that takes you to the offices are Romper's. That's exactly what lets us give a guarantee: we only guarantee what we carry out.
And if my document doesn't come through?
100% guarantee: document in hand or your money back, under the terms of use, no fine print. What isn't covered is also written there, wrong information from the client and government decisions. No one controls a public agency's timeline; the dossier reviewed before the trip, yes.
How many cases like mine have you done?
It's +6,000 clients and +2,000 cases in the last year and a half alone, the market's largest operation. Singles, whole families, retirees, business owners, professionals with a degree to revalidate. In the conversation, the manager tells you which case yours resembles, and what tends to get stuck in it.
Where do you operate? Can I visit the headquarters?
We serve Greater Asunción, and yes, come visit: Mariano Roque Alonso, our own headquarters. And the usual honesty: outside Greater Asunción we don't operate. Ciudad del Este, Encarnación, Pedro Juan, Concepción: we tell you in the first conversation and you don't waste time or money.
I started with another advisor and the process stalled. Do you take it on?
We take it on, and it's routine here. The first thing is to read what's already been filed and tell you frankly what can be reused and what will need redoing, before you spend again. That assessment is also free.
How much does it cost to take the first step?
Nothing. The conversation with an immigration manager is free, 25 minutes, no commitment, and it's where you find out what your path is. After that, if the chosen path requires document review (Investor Pass, degree validation, Paraguayan citizenship), the Case Analysis kicks in (US$ 149, creditable when you sign up; for Paraguayan citizenship it's the special one, US$ 449): it confirms whether your documentation passes before you spend on the process. Finding out the path is free; reviewing a document is work, and that's what we charge for, and credit back.
