Profile · wealth and protection

Wealth in Brazil is exposed wealth. Time to protect it.

Holding, Investor Pass, wealth accelerator, admission, accounting, fiscal exit, we handle it.

Before we talk structure

What keeps awake those whobuilt wealth.

The examples cite Brazil because that's where most of our clients come from, the logic holds for any origin:

Everything exposed to a single stroke of a pen

A tax rule, a court freeze, a change of government: all of your wealth inside a single country answers for everything that happens there.

Succession that's costly, slow and public

Probate that drags on for years, inheritance tax rising and the family exposed in the process. The cost of not organizing while you live is paid by those who remain.

A single currency

Decades of work denominated in a currency that has already changed its name, frozen and melted down, and the cost of dollarizing inside the system only goes up.

A plan B that only exists in your head

“If I need to, I'll leave”, no document, no account, no address. When the moment comes, an improvised plan B is panic with a plane ticket.

The answer isn't to hide. It's a genuine second jurisdiction: document, company, account. All declared.

No fine print

Paraguay protects for what it is, not for what they promise you.

Four verifiable facts, and two candid admissions the market usually won't make:

No wealth tax

Neither local nor global, Paraguay does not tax fortunes, unlike its neighbors and Europe.

Free dollar, firm guaraní

No exchange controls, one of the most stable currencies in the region for decades.

Territorial

Foreign-source income pays no tax here, for those who make the fiscal move for real.

A growing economy

Construction, industry arriving and real demand, 2026 figures.

Two candid admissions: a cédula does not change fiscal residence, whoever promises zero with the document alone is lying. And Romper doesn't sell opportunity: it sells structure. What you do with it is up to you.

Plan B by the numbers

What does it cost to keep plan B alive? One day a year.

It's the rule of Paraguayan immigration, and it's what makes this the cheapest policy a wealth can have:

1 day
every 12 months

During temporary admission: one entry a year keeps the whole family's migratory base active.

1 day
every 3 years

After permanent residence. Plan B becomes permanent, and barely asks for presence.

Straight talk: this keeps plan B alive. Tax only changes when fiscal residence changes, they're two decisions, and you make both knowing the difference.

We're not forevery investor

Better to know now than with capital in transit.

It makes sense for you if

  • You want a genuine second jurisdiction: document, company, account
  • You want everything declared, in your country and here
  • You think in years and in succession, not in a quick play
  • You decide with analysis, not with a promise of returns

It doesn't make sense if

  • You're looking for a way to hide money, from here or from there
  • You expect us to point you to “the sure deal” with guaranteed returns
  • You think the cédula alone zeroes out your taxes
  • You want to decide in the rush of an immersion meeting

The 10 questions wealth protectors ask most

What this profile asks before building the structure. Whatever is specific to your case, the free conversation sorts out.

Is it legal to protect wealth this way?
It is, as long as it's structure, not a hideout. Everything Romper builds is declared: the company exists, the account has an owner, capital enters documented, and whatever your country requires you to declare there (such as the declaration of assets held abroad, in the Brazilian case) is still declared. Whoever offers you invisibility is selling you a problem with interest.
Do I need to live in Paraguay to have the structure?
No. The migratory base is kept with 1 day in the country every 12 months (and 1 every 3 years after permanent residence). But be sober about what that buys: it keeps plan B and the structure, your taxes only change if you actually change your fiscal residence.
What is the Investor Pass?
A direct permanent residence for those who invest in productive activity in the country, with a project submitted to the authorities. It requires a Case Analysis (US$ 149, deductible) to check the documentation before any commitment. The service page has the step by step.
Do you tell people where to invest?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Romper doesn't sell opportunity, doesn't promise returns and takes no part in overpriced immersion real estate. What we do: the structure, the documented inflow and, through the wealth accelerator, a method for you to buy well, the decision is yours, with numbers on the table.
Does Paraguay have a wealth tax?
No, neither on local wealth nor on global wealth. It's different from neighbors like Argentina (Bienes Personales) and Bolivia (IGF), and from much of Europe. Local-source income follows the IRP as usual, here nobody sells you paradise, they show you the rule.
And succession, how does that work?
Organized while you live, with a wealth company and contracts designed by the in-house legal team. The exact design depends on the assets, the family and the countries involved, it's a matter for the conversation, not for a page.
How does the money enter Paraguay?
Documented: proven origin, formal exchange and registered inflow, with Romper's accounting following along. It's exactly the opposite of the suitcase and the workaround: capital that enters properly is capital that can buy, invest and leave whenever you want.
Does my family join the structure?
It does, and it's usually the real reason. Block admission for the family, succession organized while you live and plan B holding for everyone. The family profile page details the process person by person.
How much does it cost?
The conversation with the manager is free and you leave with costs line by line. The services have their own page and price (documentation, company, accounting) and the Investor Pass Case Analysis costs US$ 149, deductible from the service. No surprise fee: it's in the terms of use.
How much does it cost to take the first step?
Nothing: the conversation is free, over WhatsApp, in Portuguese, Spanish or English. You leave with your route, and decide with the numbers in hand. The button is right below.
