For consultants, lawyers, accountants and administrators

We don't pay referral commissions. We pay with structure.

The same request arrives every day: “I have clients who want to move to Paraguay, I want to be a partner”, and, underneath the sentence, a commission. Our answer is always the same, and it isn't a flat “no”: your client is very well taken care of, and the one who gets a special deal here is you, not the middleman.

No commission · no barter · no affiliation, and we explain exactly why

Marlon Rihayem, founder of the Romper Group.

Partnership by commission,with no middleman

Romper does not pay referral commissions, on purpose. That way, your recommendation is never about your wallet: it's about your client, who pays the list price and gets the full structure.

Instead, the partnership pays with what money can't buy in Asunción: Romper client status, coworking at the headquarters, a direct channel with the team, and access to the SOR to follow every case you referred.

The two requests that arriveand the answer to each one

Request 1

“I refer my clients, you pay me a commission”

This comes from consultants, lawyers, accountants and administrators with a Brazilian client base. We don't pay. But your client is served by our entire structure, and you get your own special deal in your package.

Request 2

“Refer my real estate agency / my health plan, I'll pay you a commission”

Also no. A bought recommendation isn't a recommendation: it's advertising in disguise. If you want to reach our audience, the path exists, it's clear and it's paid: advertising.

The reason

Trust is the asset

Our audience listens to what we say because we know how to say no. The day the recommendation starts depending on who pays more, it stops being worth anything, both to the public and to whoever advertises.

A prerequisite, no beating around the bush

The partnership is with aRomper client.

Before winning together, there's a simple question: when it came time to solve your own case, who did you choose?

The rule

Being a client comes first

A professional partnership here is with someone who has their own structure at Romper: immigration paperwork, accounting or paid consulting. Whoever uses the operation knows what they're recommending, and recommends with conviction, not with a brochure.

What doesn't fly

You chose the cheapest and now you want revenue

If you knew Romper, compared and went with the cheaper competitor (or did it yourself), the answer is no. When it was time to believe in the service, you didn't. Making money together after that isn't a partnership: it's opportunism.

What Romper lets slide

Those who didn't choose against us

Didn't know Romper back then? Already lived in Paraguay for many years and sorted everything out earlier? That we let slide: nobody chooses against what they never saw. The path is simple: bring one of your own services to Romper and the conversation starts from scratch.

Three steps, with no commissioncontract in between

The path is short because there's no revenue split to negotiate.

Step 1
You present the case to usYou talk to our team through the contact channel and describe the client's profile. We tell you right away whether it's a case for us, and if it isn't, we tell you that too.
Step 2
The client is served directly by usThey sign with Romper, at our list price, the same one anyone pays. There's no inflated price to pay a middleman, and that's why they close.
Step 3
You come in with your own special dealYour own structure (paperwork, company, accounting) comes with coworking at the headquarters included for as long as the relationship stays active.
The exact commercial terms are defined case by case by our team, according to volume and scope. No stage involves a payment from Romper to you.
If what you want is to be seen, and not to refer: there's a path and it's transparent. Brands, firms and providers buy media space in the ecosystem: 710 thousand followers across four networks and 2.4 million views per year on YouTube alone, with a Brazilian decision-maker audience. A real risk

What partnership by commission doesto your client

ConflictThe referral that becomes merchandise

When the referral is paid, the partner refers whoever pays more, not whoever serves better. Your client becomes the merchandise of the conversation, and your reputation goes along with it.

Inflated priceThe commission baked into the invoice

A commission doesn't come out of thin air: it comes out of the price. A client referred for commission pays more for the same service, and one day finds out.

AccountabilityWho answers if it goes wrong?

In an informal partnership, the provider's mistake splashes back onto whoever referred. You lent your trust, and were left with no contract, no control and no answer.

Who leads matters
We don't pay commission. We pay with what's worth more: structure.

Whoever brings a client to Romper comes in with their own special deal, coworking at the headquarters and a direct channel with the team, and YOUR client is served at the list price, with the whole operation standing behind it. Your referral stays yours: we just honor the rest.

Questions professionals ask before bringing in a client

Straight answers: the real objections that arrive every day.

Why don't you pay commission, when everyone in the market does?
Because a baked-in commission comes out of the client's pocket. To pay the middleman, the price goes up, and then our pricing stops being the most honest in the market. We prefer to keep the price low for your client and give the value back to you, in structure: coworking at the headquarters and a direct channel with the team. You win on service, they win on price, and nobody pays on the side.
So I don't get anything for referring?
You do, just not in cash per head. You get the deal for your own operation in Paraguay (paperwork, company, accounting), coworking at our headquarters, and a client who comes back to you satisfied because they were well taken care of. For a consultant or lawyer already operating in the Brazil–Paraguay corridor, that's worth more over the year than any single-case commission.
Will my client know that I referred them?
Only if you want. We don't use your name as a “commissioned partner”, because that's not the case. If you'd rather appear as the one who led it, we show up together; if you'd rather be discreet, the service runs as normal.
Are you going to steal my client?
We don't do what you do. We're immigration, corporate structuring and Paraguayan accounting. If you're a Brazilian accountant, a tax lawyer or a business consultant, your service stays yours. The separation is natural, it isn't a promise of goodwill.
And if I have volume: ten, twenty clients a year?
Then the conversation changes in size, but not in nature: it stays commission-free, and starts to involve scope, queue priority and a structure deal that fits the volume. Talk to the team before promising anyone a deadline.
Can I offer Romper's services as if they were mine?
No. Reselling with our brand underneath, with no contract, is the fastest way for the client to find out and lose trust in both of us. If there's real interest in white label, that's a corporate contract: a matter for consulting, not for referrals.
Do you refer clients to me too?
When it makes sense, yes, and also without any financial exchange, for the same reason. We recommend whoever does good work, and we stop recommending whoever doesn't. Neither side buys the other's recommendation.
I have a real estate agency/insurer/health plan. Do you recommend them?
Editorial recommendation isn't for sale. What exists is paid, labeled media: an interview, an advertorial, a banner on the portals, event sponsorship. It's transparent with the public and works better than a hidden recommendation. See formats and media kit.
And if I already promised my client a commission?
Then it's best to sort that out before presenting the case to us. We don't enter into an arrangement the client doesn't know about, and we don't do a bogus note, a simulated discount or a side refund to make a commission work. It's that simple, and it's what protects all three sides.
So what's the first step?
Talk to our team through the contact channel, introduce yourself and describe your client base. The conversation is quick and ends with one of two things: a clear path for your clients or a “not our case”, no runaround.
I did my immigration with another company. Can I be a partner?
It depends on one thing only: whether you chose against us or simply didn't know us. Whoever compared, saw our structure and went with the cheaper option (or did it themselves) doesn't become a partner here. Whoever didn't know Romper back then, or already lived in Paraguay long before, is welcome in the conversation: bring one of your own services over here (accounting, a document, the consulting) and the relationship starts the way it starts with everyone: from client to Romper.
