Work with the people who sign what they do

A hired team, not outsourced. A two-floor headquarters in Mariano Roque Alonso, our own system, and an operation that answers publicly for what it delivers: every day, to hundreds of thousands of people.

What you'll findon the inside

A contract, not a workaround

Here the team is hired and registered: the same standard we sell to the client applies to whoever works in the house. No “informal partners” without a formal tie.

A real headquarters

Two floors, coworking, a recording studio, our own fleet, a pool and a barbecue area. You work in a place that welcomes clients through an open door, because it can handle visitors.

A growing company

Over 6,000 clients since 2022, an expanding operation and the group's own factory being set up. Whoever joins now grows with the structure, not after it.

Work on display

The house's reputation is public: 700 thousand people follow what we do. Your work shows, and good work, here, doesn't stay invisible.

Our own system

The operation runs on the SOR: registered process, monitored deadlines, a named owner. You inherit a method, not a loose spreadsheet and an overloaded WhatsApp.

Four languages, two countries

The house speaks Spanish, Guarani, Portuguese and English: Brazilian clients, Paraguayan agencies, an American structure. Whoever likes the border learns here what no single-country office can teach.

Profiles

What the operationalways needs

Openings appear as the operation grows, and whoever is already in the talent pool gets called first. These are the profiles the house looks for most often:

Multilingual support

Spanish, Guarani, Portuguese and English in the day-to-day with clients and agencies: from first contact to follow-up in the SOR.

Paraguayan accounting

RUC, IVA, IRE, IPS: a real tax routine, at volume, with process and review, not improvisation.

Documentation and fieldwork

People who get things done inside the agencies: Migraciones, Identificaciones, notary offices and ministries.

Media and video

Recording, editing and publishing in our own studio: the content machine that sustains the group's audience.

Technology

The SOR is developed in-house. Product, code and AI automation: for those who want to build a system clients use every day.

Sales and management

Managers who guide the client from diagnosis to delivery: with the price on screen and no promise the operation can't keep.

This isn'tfor everyone

It makes sense for those who
  • Like process: recorded in the system, monitored deadlines, an owner with a name
  • Can handle transparency: here a mistake is corrected out loud, not hidden
  • Want to grow with an operation that's building something big
It doesn't make sense for those who
  • Look for shortcuts: the whole house exists against that, inside and out
  • Promise what the operation can't keep just to close a deal
  • Prefer to work invisibly: here the work shows, the good and the bad

Apply

Romper is looking for someone organized, responsible, quick and comfortable with numbers and technology to join the finance team.

It's an opportunity for those in the final years of an Accounting degree, and also for Business or Economics students who want to build a career in finance. The schedule was designed to work for people who have evening classes.

We want someone who wants to learn, take on responsibility progressively and take part in the rollout of a new finance system within the company.

What you'll do
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliation and cash control
  • Recording and checking expenses
  • Issuing and checking invoices and tax documents
  • Client collections and supplier payments
  • Organizing documents for accounting
  • Financial reports and cash-flow tracking
  • Checking cards, statements and transactions
  • Support with payroll and IPS matters
  • Support in organizing and improving the department's processes
Requirements
  • Preferably in the final years of an Accounting degree (Business and Economics are also considered)
  • Fluent Spanish: the role requires speaking with staff, suppliers and local institutions
  • Intermediate Excel and good reading of tables and numbers
  • Speed on the computer and good typing speed
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ease in learning new systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to use them productively
  • On-site availability in Mariano Roque Alonso and an immediate start

Portuguese isn't required, but it's a strong advantage in the process. You can apply even without command of the language.

Technology · the new finance system

Romper is developing its own system for financial management. Whoever is hired works alongside Fábio on the implementation: testing, checking entries, finding errors and inconsistencies, validating processes and suggesting improvements from daily use. That's why we ask for ease with technology, it's not a detail of the role, it's half of it.

Experience

Previous experience in financial, administrative or accounting roles is valued, but a first opportunity is also considered, as long as there's responsibility, the ability to learn, organization, logical reasoning and genuine interest in the field.

The profile we're looking for

More than just entering records: someone who analyzes before entering, takes the initiative to spot problems, isn't afraid to ask, knows how to handle confidential information and works to deadlines. Autonomy over financial transactions is earned progressively, according to knowledge and performance.

Who you report to: directly to Amado, our chief accountant, working alongside accounting and the other areas. · Applications exclusively through the site: form, position questionnaire and resume.

No opening for your profile? The form below also feeds the talent pool: when one opens, it's called before any listing.

Application

Fill it in, attach your resumeand send.

You'll get a confirmation e-mail and your resume stays registered in our HR system: not lost in an inbox.

1 · Your details
Attach resumePDF, DOC or DOCX up to 5 MB
2 · Position questionnaire

There are 20 questions and it takes about 10 minutes. It's long on purpose: the role demands exactly this kind of attention, and the answers save unnecessary steps later.

Your data is used only in this selection process and stays in the HR system. You can request its deletion whenever you want, through the same confirmation e-mail.

Prefer e-mail? You can send your resume to contato@romper.global, but for this position the application is exclusively through the site, because the questionnaire is part of the process.
Romper never charges anything in a selection process, no registration, no course, no materials, no “documentation fee”. Anyone charging in our name is a scam: check the official channels and report it.
I'm a student. Can the schedule be balanced with university?
It was designed for that: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:00, Monday to Friday, compatible with people who have evening classes. It's one of the reasons the position exists in this format.
I don't speak Portuguese. Can I apply?
You can. Portuguese isn't required: fluent Spanish is, because the role requires speaking with staff, suppliers and local institutions. But whoever understands, speaks and expresses themselves well in Portuguese has a clear advantage in the process.
I've never worked. Is it worth applying?
It is. A first opportunity is considered, as long as the application shows responsibility, organization, logical reasoning and genuine interest in the field, and the questionnaire exists precisely so that comes through.
I'm a foreigner and don't have Paraguayan documentation yet.
Without valid documentation, hiring can't be registered: so the first step is the document, not the position. You can apply anyway: the profile stays in the talent pool. And, ironically, sorting out documentation is exactly what the house does.
What's the process like?
Automatic e-mail confirmation, an HR screening of the questionnaire answers, a conversation with the chief accountant and, if it makes sense on both sides, a formal written offer: role, pay and terms, no fine print.
