The question that brought you here

Will your businesswork in Paraguay?

It depends, and that's exactly what you'll hear here. Romper doesn't sell hunches or ready-made opportunities: it sells the structure to make YOUR project stand, whatever it is.

Keep the business in Brazil and live from here

You keep billing in the region's largest consumer market, with residency, tax base and assets on this side of the border.

Bring the operation over or open a branch

A local company with real substance: a regularized address, live accounting and Romper's legal team, not a piece of paper with a RUC.

Build on local growth

The plan B that becomes plan A: a country growing around 6% a year (2026 data), with the bureaucracy out of your way.

And when the project doesn't make sense, Romper says so, before you spend. In industrial structuring, the consulting turns down 7 out of every 10 projects. It costs less to hear a “no” now than to fund an illusion for two years.

Your case read beforehand

Marlon comes to the conversation with your material already analyzed, the session starts on the topic, not the introductions.

Go or No-Go, with the reasons

If the project doesn't stand in Paraguay, you hear that, and why.

The structure's design

Which company, which regime, where the assets fit, the architecture recommended for your case.

The next steps

The order of what to do, with what each stage costs, to execute with Romper or on your own.

Honesty before the sale

Opportunity isn't soldat an immersion event.

The market discovered the business owner who wants to change countries (Brazilians in front, the neighbors right behind) and built products to sell to them. It's worth naming what's for sale out there, and what Romper delivers.

What's for sale out there

  • An “opportunity immersion” that ends in an overpriced property
  • A “Paraguayan tax ID at 1%” with no substance, a real risk with Brazil's tax authority
  • A paper company: no address, no operation, no one accountable
  • A promise of a sure business in a country you don't even know yet

What Romper delivers

  • Structure with substance: a regularized address, live accounting, an in-house legal team
  • The honest tax math on this side, and the Brazilian side with a tax adviser there
  • A “no” in time, when the project doesn't stand
  • The bureaucracy out of the way, so you chase the opportunity, not the stamp

What no one tells you about the market

One whole operation, oreight scattered providers.

Most “advisory firms” are a storefront: the work is done by a chain of outsourced providers who don't talk to each other. You only find out when it stalls.

The outsourced chain

1The influencer who referred you
2The immigration company
3The accountant for the individual
4Another accountant, for the company
5The freelance lawyer
6The registry paperwork runner
7A coworking rented separately
8The bank, with no point of contact

Romper

All of that, under one roof and one system.

Paperwork, personal and business accounting, legal, tax and mailing address at the regularized cowork, with every stage showing up for you in SOR.

  • One person accountable, with a name and a face
  • One language, in Portuguese
  • No surprise fees between the links

The math · in your reality

In Brazil, most regimes tax revenue. In Paraguay, the tax looks at profit: what's left after costs. The calculator below comes prefilled with an example: swap in your numbers and the result changes instantly. No sign-up, no email.

What brought you here

The wealth comes first, and stays after.

Many business owners arrive through plan B: protect what they built, dollarize, move their assets out of exposure. That part has its own path, and it's run by the same operation.

Bring the money over

Documented currency exchange, in the right window, with a trail, every cent comes in a way that protects you there and here.

Wealth holding

Assets under a Paraguayan S.A., with succession settled while you're alive, no probate for your family. It starts with the consulting.

Wealth accelerator

When the capital is already here and you want it to work, led by a manager, never by a hunch.

And the limit said to your face: Romper doesn't tell you where to invest, nor promise returns. Structure, yes: company, holding, accounting and the legal path for the capital. The investment decision stays yours.

Structure · Greater Asunción

Your company livesat a real address.

Substance isn't talk: it's a headquarters, a regularized cowork, a team and a system, minutes from the agencies where your company is registered.

No surprise fees

A fixed price in the terms of use, no link charging on the side.

In-house legal and accounting

Whoever forms, books and answers is Romper's own people.

SOR keeps you posted

Every company obligation and deadline, visible in the app.

+6,000 clients

After the opening

The opening is just the start.Keeping it valid is every month.

In Paraguay, the company files even without billing, and a delay can lock up even the bank account. That's where most people find out who they really hired.

We're not forevery business owner

Better to know now than to find out once the company is open.

It makes sense for you if

  • Your project is serious and long-term
  • You want structure with substance, not paper with a RUC
  • You value accounting that responds before the problem
  • You prefer an honest “no” to an expensive “yes”

It doesn't make sense if

  • You expect a ready-made business tip to get rich
  • You want a paper company, with no substance
  • You're after price, not quality
  • You expect a shortcut outside the law, there or here
The price map

Who handles whatand what each accounting costs.

You pay for the accounting of you as an individual. Your structures' accounting already lives inside each one's annual plan.

WhoAccountingPrice
You, as an individualPersonal: individual RUC, monthly IVA, annual IRPUS$ 399/year

Your Wealth HoldingIncluded in the annual maintenance: a holding with no operationwithin the US$ 1,997/year

In one sentence: US$ 399 is the accounting for you as an individual. Your company's is never paid separately, it's already in its annual price.

What's your structure? The options below.

The starting point is always the same: Immigration + Personal Accounting. The rest depends on where your money comes from.

1Where is your money born?
2Do you need Stripe, PayPal, Mercury or Wise Business?
3Do you have assets in Paraguay to protect?

The 10 questions business owners ask most

What every business owner asks before choosing whom to structure with. Whatever is specific to your case, the conversation resolves.

Will you tell me if my business will work?
No, and be wary of anyone who says otherwise. What Romper does is the opposite of selling certainty: the consulting reads your case and says frankly when the project does NOT make sense, and that happens often. The rest is structure: bureaucracy, accounting and deadlines out of your way, so the business decision is yours, with data.
“A company in Paraguay paying 1%”, does that exist?
It does, but it's the maquila regime, made for industry and for service providers under the Maquila Law, with an approved project and its own rules. It's not a “Paraguayan tax ID at 1%” available to any company. For most operations, the regime is IRE 10% + IDU 8% on distribution, which is already excellent. Whoever sells 1% to everyone is selling a regime you may not even be able to use, and a company with no substance is exactly what Brazil's tax authority disregards. In the conversation, Romper tells you which regime your case falls under.
What's the difference between you and those who sell opportunity immersions?
The typical immersion delivers paperwork, an overpriced property and a tax lecture, and calls that an opportunity. We don't sell opportunity: we sell the structure so you can seize whichever one you find. Grupo Romper is an operation for immigrants and business owners, not an events agency.
Who runs my process, you or outsourced providers?
Romper. Paperwork, personal and business accounting, legal and the address at the regularized cowork are all in-house, in a single system. In the market, the norm is a chain of 7 or 8 providers who don't talk to each other, you find out when it stalls.
Is it true the business account can be blocked?
It is, and it happens to those who let it slip. In Paraguay the company files even without billing; a tax delay can lock up the bank account. That's exactly why Romper's accounting runs in SOR, which warns you before any deadline passes. A live account means accounting that's up to date.
Will I have surprise fees after opening?
No. A fixed price in the terms of use, and since there's no chain of outsourced providers, there's no link charging on the side. Whatever government costs exist, you see them beforehand, in writing.
Can I run the company while living in Brazil?
It can be structured, with substance on this side and proper representation; the exact design depends on your case and is a matter for the conversation. The Brazilian side of your tax life is for a tax adviser there: our specialty is Paraguay.
Where do you operate? Can I visit the structure?
Greater Asunción, and come visit: our own 300m² headquarters in Mariano Roque Alonso, a regularized cowork, a team of 15+ people. If your physical operation goes to another region, we tell you in the first conversation what we cover and what we don't.
I already have a company open there (or an accountant) and it's a mess. Will you take it over?
We take it over, and it's routine. Romper's accounting reads what's there, says frankly what's at risk (an overdue obligation, an account about to be locked, a poorly designed partner setup) and takes over the operation with a compliance plan.
How much does it cost to take the first step?
It depends on the door. If the question is the business: consulting with Marlon, bought online (US$ 399, about a ~1-month wait), cheap next to the mistake it prevents. If what you already need is paperwork: the talk with the immigration manager is free, over WhatsApp. Both buttons are right below.
