With the ID card in hand, the next step already has a name: Personal Accounting: US$ 399/year, with Romper creating the RUC on your behalf in 2026. It is what builds the economic life that Res. 407/2026 requires for the renewal and the switch to permanent residency.

What exactly is included in the price?
The Interpol Carnet, the temporary admission process and the identity card (with document handling, field logistics with our own fleet on procedure day and tracking through the system). The agencies' official fees are already included in the price — no surprise charges later.
Do I need to live in Paraguay?
No. But you need to enter the country at least once every 12 months: an absence longer than that cancels the temporary admission. It's one of the things the system monitors for you.
Do I need to go to Paraguay? How many times?
Yes, the filing is in person. In the standard flow: one trip for the filing and another window for the ID card. We arrange the dates to fit your schedule and go with you to the offices.
How long until the admission comes through? And the ID card?
Average of our processes: 3 to 5 months for the admission; the ID card follows next. The final timeline is Migraciones'; what we control is that your dossier is never the reason for the delay.
Do Brazilians need a visa?
There is no “Paraguayan visa” for Brazilians. What exists is the residency process, under the Mercosur Agreement, a simpler procedure than the general regime.
Can I get permanent residency right away?
Through the common route, no. Since Law 6984/2022 the 2-year temporary residency became a mandatory stage. The exceptions are a tie to a Paraguayan and the investment routes. Anyone promising direct permanent residency is selling a repealed rule.
What if one of my documents expires mid-process?
That's exactly what the system exists to prevent: validity dates mapped at intake and an alert before any expiry. The biggest cause of rework in the market is a document expiring while waiting for another to be ready.
Can I lose the admission after getting it?
You can: more than 1 year abroad cancels the temporary residency and more than 3 consecutive years cancel the permanent one (Ley 6984/2022, arts. 54 and 55). The law refers to unjustified absence: whoever notifies Migraciones beforehand may have the deadline extended. The system monitors your entries and exits and warns you in advance.
Does my family come along?
Each person has their own process and we organize the family block in the same window. Minors have specific authorization rules. The screening maps your case.
What happens if my case is denied?
It's rare when the dossier goes in correct, and that's exactly why it only goes in correct. If there's a requirement, we respond within the process; if there's prior unfeasibility, you find out at the screening, before paying.
After the ID card, is that it?
It's just beginning, and that's where most advisories vanish. Renewal, permanent residency at 2 years (with the income requirement of Res. 407/2026) and tax obligations: all monitored in the system, with an alert beforehand.
What's the difference from a cheaper agent?
The cheap one handles it up to the card and disappears, and you find out on your own about the renewal, the absence deadlines and Res. 407. Here the delivery is the whole structure: our own team, fleet, system and continuity. It's another category of service.
